We are connected  in so many different ways.  Simply living lives that depends on nature to sustain is one major example.  Climate change affects every single part of the world - every region, every island... everyone:

For example, in North America, there has been a decreasing amount of snow pack in the mountains and an increase in crops that are grown in moist, damp conditions.  Scientists are also noticing extreme periods of droughts and higher intensities of heat waves in warm cities.

In Europe, increase flash floods are occurring more frequently, as well as coastal flooding.

In the Asian region of the world, there is also a threat of more frequent of costal floods

But that’s not all.  Aside from flooding and droughts:

  • Cyclones

  • Hurricanes

  • Tropical storms

  • Hail storms

…are all expected to increase in frequency in regions all around the world due to the unstable shifting of climate around the world.  The severity of these storms are also anticipated to become more devastating and powerful, with repercussions that will take more money and time to recover from.
